About the Role

As a Sales Representative at Swedbyte, you will drive the sales of licenses and value-added consulting services for market-leading SaaS platforms such as Google, Asana, and Freshworks. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, working with modern sales strategies focused on value creation. This is a key role in a small team, and we are looking for someone driven by building strong customer relationships and motivated to help companies transform their operations by replacing cumbersome systems with streamlined, value-creating workflows.

Responsibilities

The role involves managing existing customer relationships for SaaS products as well as driving new sales. You will work on prospecting, customer handling, and leads, as well as product demonstrations, with a focus on understanding and solving customers' business problems through effective and modern sales methods. You will,

  • Drive the sales of both licenses and consulting services.
  • Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within SaaS.
  • Implement modern sales strategies such as Account Based Marketing (ABM) and Social Selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers as well as partners.
  • Demonstrate value and communicate how our platforms solve customer problems.
  • Stay constantly updated on product functionality and application.
  • Be responsible for meeting and exceeding your sales targets.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales within SaaS companies.
  • Advanced knowledge of modern sales strategies (Account Based Marketing, Social Selling, data-driven sales).
  • Good ability to build relationships and communicate complex value.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • A driven, self-reliant, and results-oriented work style.

It is Merit if You Have

  • Additional language skills.
  • An established network within relevant industries.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Asana, Freshworks, or Atera.
  • Experience in public speaking.
  • Relevant higher education.
